Freelance Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Services

About the role

Beck & Pollitzer, a global leader in industrial installation, machine relocation and engineering services, is seeking an experienced freelance Technical Sales Representative to develop new business across Morocco. Working from home in Casablanca or Tangier, you will travel throughout the country and occasionally abroad to meet clients and promote our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, EPC contractors, OEMs, engineering firms and other industrial stakeholders.
• Promote Beck & Pollitzer’s installation, relocation and engineering services and recommend tailored technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates and quotations.
• Lead negotiations, manage contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, achieve development targets and provide regular market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Morocco’s industrial sector with an established network.
• Strong understanding of industrial projects, equipment relocation and engineering services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, travel frequently and manage multiple opportunities.
