French and English Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Mindy-Support, a global company that provides remote assistants and outsourced teams for customer support, tech support, back office and sales and marketing support, is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Representative with English C1 and French C1. This is a remote full-time position starting as soon as possible, Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 EST.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their claims and service experience, taking ownership of their concerns and moving cases toward a timely resolution.
• Provide professional, empathetic support in English and French via inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Handle inquiries about claims, warranty services, product support, technician visits and general service requests.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and collect complete, accurate information.
• Create and maintain detailed claim records of every interaction.
• Guide customers through the claims process and follow up on open cases, appointments, technician visits and outstanding actions.
• Work proactively with internal teams and service partners and manage a high volume of interactions accurately and professionally.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer support experience.
• French C1 and English C1, fluent writing and speaking.
• Proven experience supporting customers in the United States and Canada; basic knowledge of Canadian geography, languages and regional differences is useful.
• Previous experience in warranty or insurance services is an asset.
• Ability to work independently, with empathy, patience and active listening.
