French Business Account Evaluator (AI Personalization)

About the role

Gramian Consultancy seeks a native French speaker to join a 16‑week project evaluating AI‑generated email responses. Using your primary Google Workspace business Gmail account, you will assess the relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization of AI outputs based on professional email history.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated email replies against real business correspondence.
• Judge each response for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and quality of personalization.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI outputs and select the stronger result.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that supports model improvement.
• Follow project guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and meet evaluation timelines.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Active Google Workspace or corporate Gmail account used regularly for business communication.
• Business inbox containing predominantly French‑language emails (≈1,000+ messages) with Gmail display language set to French.
• Willingness to use the account for evaluation and sign a consent form.

What we offer
