French-Speaking Solutions Engineer (Remote, Morocco)

About the role

Talkpush is hiring a French-speaking Solutions Engineer to work fully remotely from Morocco. The role covers French-speaking customers across EMEA, France, Morocco and French-speaking Africa, and builds a local presence in North Africa. It is not a commercial role: there is no revenue target, and the engineer makes the product work for customers by configuring Autoflows, optimising AI interview agents and running weekly technical sessions with recruitment managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requests each week, configure Autoflows, integrations and bot interactions, and audit and optimise existing setups for performance, response quality and adoption
• Troubleshoot issues end-to-end and resolve them with minimal escalation
• Run weekly technical check-ins with recruitment managers and team leaders in France, Morocco and other Francophone markets, translating customer pain into concrete platform changes
• Set clear expectations on what is possible and how long it takes
• Organise a monthly in-person event for Talkpush users and prospects in Casablanca or Rabat, build word-of-mouth in the local recruitment community and feed market intelligence back to the global team
• Review and optimise AI interview agent configurations, spot performance issues early and feed insights back into the product

Required profile

• Background in technical support (level 2/3), configuration-heavy roles, business analysis, industrial engineering, or as a developer who has moved into customer-facing work
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers over the long term, handling detailed and sometimes repetitive work patiently
• Native or fluent French, strong professional English; Arabic is a plus
• Resilience with difficult enterprise customers, comfort with chaos and ambiguity, a doer mindset, and the ability to focus deeply on configuration work alone

Nice to have

• Ability to write light scripts, use prompt engineering or configure agents
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• Prior exposure to recruitment, HR tech or BPO industries
