French Teacher

About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated French Teacher to plan and deliver high‑quality language instruction. The successful candidate will work closely with academic coordinators, the psychology department, and parents to support student learning and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, share plans via email, and prepare necessary teaching materials.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date grade book, enter grades on schedule, and design monthly assessments.
• Decorate the classroom with relevant materials and supervise playground duties.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioral, or special‑needs issues.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, parent conferences, and school events.
• Record daily attendance, organize student portfolios, and monitor homework boards.
• Promote open communication with students, parents, and staff, and encourage involvement in school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office proficiency.
