French/English Customer Support Representative (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join Mindy support on a full-time freelance basis. The role is fully remote and involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels during CET business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone calls, emails and live chat.
• Manage and respond to messages on social media platforms.
• Answer general and order-related questions from customers.
• Handle complaints, propose resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Report activity and metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2) communication skills.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 CET.
• Own a laptop with Windows 10/11, 6 GB RAM, i5 CPU, 256 GB SSD and a headset with microphone.
