About the role

Join TransPerfect Gaming’s global player support team as a French‑speaking Agent. Working remotely, you will assist gamers worldwide, helping them resolve issues, understand game mechanics, and enjoy a safe community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming “Calls for Help” from the French‑speaking community.
• Become familiar with each supported title to provide accurate solutions.
• Stay updated on workflow, policy, and gameplay changes.
• Use ticketing and social‑media platforms to track and resolve queries.
• Report trends, issues, and performance metrics.
• Support managers with ad‑hoc tasks and data tracking.

Required profile

• Native or professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Passion for video games and online communities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
