Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, delivering the brand’s signature hospitality and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes. This role combines guest interaction, administrative duties, and coordination with other hotel departments to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in guests, manage room allocations, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Room Service.
• Escort guests, introduce them to facilities, and respond to basic enquiries.
• Handle reservations, amendments, and general booking enquiries.
• Maintain cash floats, report discrepancies, and process financial transactions.
• Prepare pre‑registration documents for upcoming arrivals and update guest history records.
• Manage facsimiles, e‑mails, and typing tasks as required.
• Provide detailed hand‑overs to the incoming shift and assist other Front Office departments when trained.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of grooming, personal hygiene, and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Professional appearance, strong personal hygiene, and courteous deportment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and handle basic guest complaints.
• Willingness to cross‑train in reservations and telephone duties.
• Commitment to follow health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
