Full Stack AI Engineer – AI Competence Center

About the role

AGC is seeking a talented Full Stack AI Engineer to join its AI Competence Center. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that span machine-learning models, agentic AI systems, and automated pipelines across European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for AI applications.
• Develop, train, and integrate machine-learning and deep-learning models.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems and end-to-end automated pipelines.
• Contribute to the evolution of AGC’s in-house integrated AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI integration opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine-learning or data-driven projects.
• Strong software-engineering background with solid development best practices.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability and hands-on attitude.
• Team-player attitude in a growing, multicultural environment.
