Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

The Flex is building an operating system for modern renting, powered by its proprietary Base360.ai platform. We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution to design, build, and ship high‑impact features that improve the renting experience for guests, landlords, and operators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to production, designing, building, testing, and launching end‑to‑end features.
• Work directly with founders and operational teams to translate customer problems into elegant software solutions.
• Ship quickly, gather feedback, iterate, and continuously improve products based on real‑world usage.
• Design automation systems that eliminate manual work and enable scalable growth.
• Develop internal tools such as dashboards, workflow engines, and AI‑powered management platforms.
• Build integrations with external services like Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, Twilio, Google, and OpenAI.
• Implement AI‑driven features to boost productivity, decision‑making, and customer experience.
• Ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable as the business expands internationally.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience with production‑grade web applications.
• Deep understanding of APIs and relational databases.
• Product mindset with user‑centric thinking.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve complex problems.
• Excellent written communication skills.
