Full-Time Bookstore Associate – Rabat

About the role

Join a vibrant community‑focused bookstore in the Agdal district of Rabat as a full‑time associate. You will be the friendly face of the shop, helping customers discover books while also boosting our online presence through short‑form video content.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, understand their reading preferences, and recommend titles across all genres.
• Receive and process book shipments, restock shelves, and maintain attractive displays.
• Create and publish engaging TikTok videos that showcase new arrivals, events, and store culture.
• Assist with basic store upkeep and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Resident of Rabat or the immediate surrounding area.
• Passionate reader with a genuine interest in books and cultural trends.
• Active TikTok user, comfortable on camera and able to produce short, engaging videos.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, punctual, organized and reliable.
• Available for two evening shifts per week ending at 8:00 PM.
