Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Engineer to join A2MAC1’s technology team in Casablanca. You will work on both backend and frontend components of our automotive benchmarking and data‑analytics platforms, collaborating with product, data, and AI teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications, including APIs and backend services.
• Build and enhance frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of the platform.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define core services and integrate AI/LLM features.
• Contribute to engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production‑grade environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Casablanca and collaborate with international teams.

Required skills

• Backend development with Python (FastAPI, Django or equivalent).
• Frontend development with Angular (or similar modern frameworks).
• Database experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
• CI/CD, Docker, and containerised deployment on Azure.
• Knowledge of Redis, Celery, message queues, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Exposure to AI/LLM‑based systems or AI‑assisted features.
