General Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Le Méridien N'Fis in Marrakech is seeking an entrepreneurial and charismatic General Manager to lead the hotel through its next phase of transformation. The role combines guest experience excellence, operational leadership, commercial performance, and close partnership with ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business results.
• Maintain a highly visible presence on the property, modeling luxury service standards and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and asset performance through strong commercial acumen.
• Develop and implement destination‑focused lifestyle programming, culinary concepts, and cultural storytelling.
• Manage relationships with ownership groups and key stakeholders, aligning operational execution with the brand’s strategic vision.
• Lead, mentor, and build high‑performance, culturally diverse teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Significant senior leadership experience in luxury, lifestyle or premium hospitality environments.
• Previous General Manager experience with internationally recognized luxury or lifestyle hotel brands.
• Proven success overseeing complex luxury hotel operations with strong Food & Beverage components.
• Experience creating destination venues, lifestyle programming and guest experiences that attract both international travelers and the local community.
• Strong commercial track record in revenue growth, profitability and asset performance.
• Ability to work closely with ownership groups and manage sophisticated stakeholder relationships.
• International hospitality experience across multiple markets is a plus.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic is advantageous.
