General Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As General Manager of Fairmont Taghazout Bay, you will lead a premier luxury resort on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. You will be the face of the brand, driving exceptional guest experiences while steering the hotel’s strategic and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s long‑term vision, aligning with brand standards and local culture.
• Lead revenue‑generation initiatives, working closely with owners and stakeholders to maximize profitability.
• Oversee all operational areas, ensuring world‑class service, quality, and safety.
• Foster strong relationships with the community, owners, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost‑control across the property.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as a General Manager or equivalent.
• Strong diplomatic and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Passion for developing people and cultivating an entrepreneurial culture.
• Commitment to embedding local heritage into the guest experience.
