General Manager – Morocco Inbound Tourism

About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall business strategy, daily operations, and commercial growth for inbound tourism in Morocco.
Key responsibilities
- Drive company strategy, financial performance, budgeting and profitability.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, transport providers, local vendors and international tour operators.
- Oversee sales, marketing and client operations to ensure service standards meet luxury and GCC market expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan tourism laws and licensing regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years experience in travel, tourism or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in Moroccan inbound tourism; experience with GCC markets is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
- Fluent Arabic and English; French proficiency a plus.

- Excellent business acumen and partner negotiation capabilities.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
