General Services Manager (Facilities & Operations)

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a General Services Manager to lead all general services activities at its Bouskoura site. The role ensures smooth operation of facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds, supporting the company’s production and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all general services, including administration, budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, HSE and other internal departments to meet service requirements.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
• Oversee building maintenance, preventive maintenance plans, and repairs for electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor civil works.
• Supervise sanitary and housekeeping services, define cleaning standards, and monitor internal or outsourced cleaning performance.
• Lead gardening and grounds maintenance, including landscaping, watering, fertilizing and pest control.
• Ensure all facilities comply with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
