About the role
The Central Bank of Morocco is seeking three Junior Post‑Market Managers to join its Monetary Operations and Exchange Department in Rabat. You will be responsible for the settlement of market and banking operations for the bank and its clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contractual and commercial relationships with foreign correspondent banks and custodians.
- Oversee the bank’s central settlement account.
- Execute national and international fund transfers.
- Participate in system and procedure improvements to reduce processing time and cost while enhancing service quality.
- Ensure foreign‑currency account reconciliation and clearance of pending items.
- Monitor securities‑loan programmes and optimise their financial returns.
- Prepare periodic activity reports.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) preferably in banking or finance.
- At least one year of relevant experience, internship or apprenticeship, in asset management or investment banking is a plus.
- Moroccan nationality and age 26 years or older.
