Global CoE Molding Leader

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Global Center of Excellence (CoE) Molding Leader to drive advanced molding processes across its worldwide ICT business. The role combines technical innovation, lean transformation, and global standardisation to deliver sustainable, cost‑effective, and scalable molding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative molding concepts, applying emerging technologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Champion lean transformation across engineering and manufacturing, deploying automation, digitalisation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Establish and roll out global standardised solutions for molding machines, tooling, processes and controls.
• Build and mentor a global CoE network through coaching, structured problem‑solving and technical training.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement and external partners to develop capabilities, improve quality and reduce cost.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering or process‑development experience, including at least 5 years of project‑management responsibility.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication and influence skills in a matrixed, global environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently worldwide and fluency in English.
