Global Trade Services Analyst – Duty Savings

About the role

TE Connectivity is building a world‑class Global Trade Services organization and seeks an Analyst for the Duty Savings Operational Service Center. The role supports centralized management of customs duty payments, tariff mitigation, free‑trade‑agreement tools, duty drawbacks and anti‑dumping compliance across TE’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process supplier declarations in the GTS FTA tool, ensuring compliance with Morocco and EU FTAs.
• Retrieve and verify EU supplier evidence such as invoice declarations or EUR.1 certificates for bilateral cumulation.
• Prioritise key suppliers, liaise with supply‑chain teams, and assist suppliers in using the GTS FTA online application and TE supplier portal.
• Respond to customer requests for preference documentation and act as the primary contact for duty‑mitigation matters.
• Collect and maintain data to monitor duty‑saving activities and collaborate with Business Unit GTS teams to identify savings opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (international relations, supply chain, law or related field preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in international trade, focusing on trade compliance and customs duty‑savings programs.
• Strong self‑management, strategic analysis, and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in French is required.
• Proven ability to build trust and work across diverse business groups globally.

Required skills

• Functional knowledge of customs procedures, free‑trade agreements, free‑trade zones, bonded warehouses and related duty‑saving mechanisms.
• Fluent in English and French.
