Graphic Design Internship – Recruitment Marketing & Presentations

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Design Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. You will help craft visual assets that strengthen our employer brand and communicate complex ideas through engaging designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design recruitment marketing materials such as social media graphics, job ads, digital banners, and promotional content.
• Create visually compelling PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for recruitment, training, and leadership meetings.
• Assist in developing employer‑branding campaigns and related marketing collateral.
• Produce infographics, icons, and other visual assets to simplify complex information.
• Ensure all designs adhere to company branding and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters, training teams, and business leaders to gather project requirements.
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Organize and maintain design templates and digital asset libraries.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing design work is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus.
