Graphic Designer – Social‑First Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will drive Kenzup’s social‑first visual presence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end production of short‑form content that captures attention across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑impact assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories and YouTube Shorts, respecting platform‑specific safe zones and trends.
• Create short‑form videos with strong rhythm, hooks, captions, sound design and micro‑animations that engage viewers in the first two seconds.
• Leverage generative AI tools to script, generate B‑roll and produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Adapt master concepts into various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) for seamless brand experience across digital and occasional print.
• Write mini‑scenarios and captions in Arabic, French and English that drive clear calls‑to‑action.
• Maintain brand consistency for every piece of content, from 15‑second reels to static banners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of creating viral or high‑engagement social content (portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trending audio and community behavior.
• Ability to translate complex fintech features into simple, relatable visual stories.
• Hands‑on mindset, proactive in suggesting trends and improvements without detailed briefs.
• Strong sense of ownership, meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced startup.
• Excellent written communication in Arabic, French and English.

Required skills

• Video & motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (CapCut a plus).
• Design & layout: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• AI creative suite: Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly or similar tools.
• Platform mastery: Meta Business Suite and other social‑media publishing tools.
