Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to drive measurable growth for its AI‑augmented learning ecosystem. You will work remotely or from our Dubai office, turning data‑driven insights into experiments that shape how millions learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch growth experiments (landing pages, automations, email flows) from concept to execution.
• Generate hypotheses using AI tools (Claude AI) and validate them with cohort analysis.
• Iterate quickly, shipping scrappy versions to test ideas before perfecting them.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap.
• Monitor performance metrics, distinguish vanity metrics from real impact, and report results.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Bias for action, comfortable shipping functional assets within days.
• Data‑driven decision maker who can read cohort charts and interpret results.

Required skills

• Claude AI (or similar generative AI) for hypothesis generation.
• Automation tools for building workflows.
• Landing page development.
• Cohort analysis and basic data interpretation.
