Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to own channels and experiment rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale successful tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, tracking every metric and telling a clear data‑driven story.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new channel skills.
• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and able to work without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and insight‑to‑action.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one growth channel (paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, etc.).
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled marketing tools.
