Growth Marketing Manager – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to act as the strategic bridge between our DTC clients and the execution team. Based remotely in Morocco, you will oversee a portfolio of 5‑10 Shopify brands, guiding media buyers, email specialists, and creative strategists to deliver profitable growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Klaviyo channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for each client, leading weekly performance calls and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage and mentor media buyers, email specialists, and creative strategists, reviewing all deliverables for quality and strategic fit.
• Allocate and optimize budgets across paid‑ads, email, and creative channels, ensuring KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate meet targets.
• Own project timelines in ClickUp, keep Slack communication organized, and track daily work hours in Clockify.
• Design full‑funnel growth roadmaps, run 3‑5 structured experiments per account weekly, and make data‑driven scale or kill decisions.
• Maintain client dashboards in Databox and monitor performance metrics continuously.
