GTM Program Manager – Jira & Atlassian Build-Out

About the role

The client seeks a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to design, build, and operationalise a Jira‑based project management system and Atlassian reporting dashboards that provide full transparency into product go‑to‑market plans and launch status.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and configure a Jira environment for GTM and product launch work, including issue types, workflows, automation and cross‑project dependencies.
• Develop executive‑level and team‑level Atlassian dashboards (Jira dashboards, gadgets, JQL filters, Confluence/Analytics) that surface milestones, risks and project health.
• Author a comprehensive project‑management guide and SOPs covering intake, planning, status updates and reporting cadence.
• Deliver live training sessions and enablement materials to drive adoption across the GTM team.
• Migrate existing in‑flight launch projects into the new system, ensuring accurate documentation of plans, owners and status.
• Provide day‑to‑day project management support for select initiatives, including risk flagging, meeting coordination and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing or re‑architecting Jira environments, preferably for GTM, marketing or product launch contexts.
• Expert‑level Jira configuration skills (projects, workflows, custom fields, JQL, automation) and strong Atlassian administration background.
• Demonstrated ability to build clear, decision‑ready Atlassian dashboards and reporting views.
• Solid program/project management background with a track record of delivering on fixed timelines.
• Experience writing SOPs/playbooks and training teams to adopt new tools and processes.
• Excellent communicator able to work with individual contributors and executives.
