About the role
First impressions are everything at our luxury hotel. The Guest Arrival Expert ensures every guest’s arrival and departure is memorable, providing personalized service from the moment they step through the door until they leave with a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, delivering a seamless and memorable service.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods, lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
