About the role

First impressions are everything at The Ritz‑Carlton. Our Guest Arrival Experts guide guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences, delivering a wide range of services that create a seamless and personalized stay. The role requires being on your feet, moving throughout the property, and taking initiative to ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they step through the door until they depart.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs, complete required reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address guest requests promptly, share highlights of the local area, and provide hands‑on assistance throughout the guest’s stay.
• Maintain a safe workplace, uphold quality standards, and protect company assets while preserving confidentiality.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unassisted, over 75 lb with assistance), and handling objects throughout the hotel.
• Support the team by performing additional duties as requested to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
