About the role

Join YourPlace, a leading short‑term apartment rental company in Morocco, as a Guest Experience & Building Operations Coordinator. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless stay from reservation through checkout while maintaining high standards for property upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to guarantee satisfaction.
• Coordinate check‑in and check‑out processes, providing clear instructions.
• Optimize the booking calendar to maximize occupancy and direct sales.
• Answer phone calls, relay messages, and handle guest requests.
• Process departures, calculate charges, and collect payments.
• Create, modify, or cancel reservations according to guest needs.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance to ensure properties meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with on‑site cleaning and maintenance teams for operational efficiency.
• Manage special situations, last‑minute changes, and urgent guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with local short‑term rental regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing short‑term rentals or working in the hotel industry.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Rabat.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
