Head of Finance and Administration

About the role

The Head of Finance and Administration is a full‑time, on‑site position in Rabat, responsible for leading all financial and administrative functions of Cross Seas Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Moroccan regulations and corporate policies.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, supervise accounting activities, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee administrative functions including office management, procurement, and coordination with HR on payroll and employee processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance with proven experience in financial statements and reporting.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, support decision‑making and optimise resource allocation.
• Practical experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading finance and administration teams and building efficient processes and controls.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rabat, manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross‑border teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Odoo.
• Advanced Excel skills.
