Head of Finance – West Med

About the role

The Head of Finance – West Med will provide strategic financial leadership across APM Terminals' West Med portfolio, acting as a trusted business partner to senior terminal and hub leaders. This senior role focuses on driving financial performance, supporting investment decisions, and strengthening governance while fostering a high‑performing finance organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic financial leadership and business partnering for the West Med terminals in Spain and Morocco.
• Support the Head of West Med, Head of Hubs, and terminal leadership teams in decision‑making and investment planning.
• Drive financial performance, governance, and value‑creation initiatives.
• Lead finance excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team to sustain long‑term value creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multinational or complex operational environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading finance transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, governance, and investment‑planning capabilities.
