Head of Production Concept – Country Level

About the role
LEONI is looking for a senior leader to manage the Production Concept organization at a country level. You will be responsible for driving production excellence, ensuring governance, and aligning initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Production Concept unit, setting objectives and KPIs.
- Design and lead production concept initiatives, defining standards, governance and processes.
- Define and steer budgets for development activities within the area of responsibility.
- Oversee multiple sub‑units, ensuring performance, flexibility, diversity and succession planning.
- Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, coaching, change management and personal growth.
Required profile
- Engineer’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of production experience in the automotive industry, in a leadership position.
- Fluent in French and English.
