Head of Program Management, Morocco

About the role

Aptiv is looking for a Head of Program Management in Morocco. The role leads program execution, ensures successful product launches and achievement of project objectives through strong collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and also leads and develops the local Program Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program execution and ensure flawless product launches according to agreed timing, quality, production and financial targets.
• Allocate program resources and assign Program Managers according to business needs.
• Drive resolution of critical cross-functional issues and escalate major risks when required.
• Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, keeping them regularly informed on schedules, deliverables and action items.
• Monitor, control and report on program execution, performance and key metrics.
• Ensure consistent application of Program Management processes and alignment with global corporate standards.
• Lead program and gate reviews for assigned projects.
• Guide, manage and develop the Tanger Program Management team.
• Lead cross-regional coordination for international programs, including collaboration between customer, design and manufacturing regions.
• Support individual performance objectives and competency development within the team.

Required profile

• Engineering, technical or equivalent educational background.
• More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in Project and Program Management.
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
