Head of Sales – Business Development (Morocco)

About the role

Hypeo AI is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its business development efforts in Morocco. The role focuses on acquiring new brand, agency, media and enterprise clients for the company’s AI‑driven influencer marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new B2B clients across SaaS, AI and influencer marketing sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor commercial proposals to client needs.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and ensure client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy and relay market feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
