About the role

The Healthcare Specialist provides high‑quality patient care and support in an on‑site setting in Casablanca‑Settat, Morocco. This full‑time position involves assessing patient needs, delivering basic medical interventions within the scope of practice, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and document information accurately.
• Provide basic medical interventions and monitor patient status.
• Support emergency response when required.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow established clinical protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of healthcare services and patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, emergency medical services, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare environments with knowledge of clinical processes and patient safety standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in Casablanca‑Settat with flexibility for rotating shifts.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, patient‑centered care.
• Proficiency in local languages; English or French is an advantage.
