HR & Administration Specialist

About the role

Hayat Morocco is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Administration Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with Moroccan labour legislation. The role works closely with line managers and the global HR team to deliver people initiatives that enhance the employee experience in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support the annual performance management cycle.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs, calculate incentives and ensure accurate payroll execution.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in SAP.
• Administer employee insurance and benefits.
• Prepare HR and legal documents in collaboration with external counsel.
• Monitor HR KPIs and produce regular HR reports.
• Assist with learning & development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement global HR policies and drive local HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labour law and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an FMCG or similar environment.
• Good understanding of Moroccan labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• SAP (experience with HR modules is a plus).
