HR Advisor – EMEA (Morocco, South Africa, Ghana)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to support employees and leaders across Morocco, South Africa and Ghana. You will ensure consistent application of HR policies, drive employee experience initiatives and manage complex employee relations in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR policies, processes and procedures in line with company standards and local legislation.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations and the employee lifecycle.
• Drive talent management activities such as performance reviews, talent reviews and development planning.
• Promote learning and development resources and ensure appropriate programs are in place.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances and exits, ensuring legal compliance.
• Interpret and apply company policies while addressing local requirements.
• Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to align regional reward practices with the EMEA framework.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support timely hiring across the region.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate metrics and reporting, and support HR Operations and Global HR initiatives.
• Work with Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a broad HR management role, preferably in a multinational or fast‑growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment law in KSA and/or UAE.
• Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g., Operations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits).
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
• Sound judgment in handling complex employee relations matters.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
