HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organization’s talent strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with management to drive employee engagement, oversee onboarding, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyse employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist managers in conflict resolution and provide guidance on ethical standards.
- Set and promote the company’s values, culture and ethical framework.
- Lead onboarding processes, including immigration documentation, tax compliance and benefits administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7–9 years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
- Strong organisational, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new employees and managing HR tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
