HR Business Partner – Hypermarket (Berrechid)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will be attached to the store management team of the hypermarket in Berrechid. You will ensure the implementation of the Group's HR strategy across administration, social affairs, training, recruitment and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR administration and social affairs matters for the store.
• Design, launch and monitor training and recruitment initiatives, including job ads, descriptions and training plans.
• Maintain legal compliance by monitoring changes to the Moroccan labour code.
• Manage social relations and act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Produce regular activity reports and KPI dashboards for the LABEL'VIE performance framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in HR administration, recruitment or training.
• Strong ability to interpret labour legislation and ensure compliance.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional documents and reports.
