HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support the business across the full employee lifecycle. The role blends HR partnering, payroll administration, HR operations, talent management and employee development, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Support managers throughout onboarding, development, performance reviews and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of salaries, bonuses, deductions and compliance with labor regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, benefits and leave administration.
• Identify development needs, support training programs and contribute to performance management processes.
• Drive talent identification, succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, manage the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor HR KPIs, prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist/Operations.
• Strong experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Moroccan labor and social legislation.
