HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on HR Business Partner to join our team and support the business across the full employee lifecycle. The role combines HR Business Partnering, payroll administration, HR operations, employee development and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership to translate business needs into effective HR solutions, covering employee relations, performance management and organisational development.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy of salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, leave and employee movements while complying with Moroccan labour regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, benefits and HR documentation, and liaise with finance and external payroll providers.
• Identify development needs, support training programmes, contribute to performance reviews, succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with strong payroll and operations background.
• Solid knowledge of Moroccan labour and social legislation.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
