HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) – Casablanca

About the role

Arrow is seeking an HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) to join its Casablanca office. The role will provide HR consultation to managers and staff across all business groups in Morocco, supporting employee relations, talent management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Centers and business managers on employee relations, policies, compensation and performance metrics.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and talent development programs to help the business achieve its objectives.
• Advise managers on best practices, regulatory compliance and workforce planning, ensuring consistent handling of HR issues.
• Contribute to the design and automation of the Moroccan HR function, including structure, KPIs and technology.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience as an HR Generalist or a mix of HR specialist and generalist roles, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability and proven interpersonal skills to influence at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic and solid knowledge of Moroccan employment law.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel occasionally.
