HR Manager – Fez

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time HR Manager to join its team in Fez. You will work closely with managers, employees and cross‑functional partners to nurture a positive, inclusive workplace and drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to deliver tailored HR support and ensure effective HR practices.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, exploring alternative sourcing channels.
• Oversee expatriate immigration, settling‑in processes and ALPS data management.
• Monitor the People Management Cycle, including performance reviews, merit increases and development plans.
• Manage employment contracts, benefits, policies and conduct HR‑related training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor legislation and support EHS strategies.
• Track HR activity costs and align them with the HR budget.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Science or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong generalist HR background covering talent availability, compensation & benefits, compliance, talent management and career development.
• Proven influence and resilience within a matrix organization.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of labor, social and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
