HR Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function at our Salé location. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and corporate standards while driving HR strategy aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Overall ownership of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing and personnel administration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters and support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with works councils, unions and external partners.
• Promote a strong corporate culture, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Monitor HR KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover) and implement improvement measures.
• Oversee the HR budget, drive cost efficiency and lead change‑management initiatives such as digitalisation.
• Report HR performance, risks and improvement actions to top management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, HR policies and best practices.
• Experience working in international, multi‑location settings and with employee representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change projects and organisational development.
