HR Manager – Morocco Factory

About the role

Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy for the Morocco factory, aligning with the group’s standards and local labor market characteristics. Ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with Moroccan labor law, and support the plant’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual HR development, analyze staffing needs, and provide decision‑making support.
• Adapt group HR policies to Moroccan legal requirements, update processes, and oversee overall HR, administration, and EHS management at the factory.
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and labor cost budgeting, including flexible employment and emergency staffing plans.
• Design and deliver employee training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and manage compensation systems and payroll.
• Guide performance appraisal, ensure compliance with local labor law, and maintain positive employee relations.
• Oversee administrative functions such as visas, work permits, attendance, cafeteria operations, vendor management, and fixed‑asset lifecycle.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, recognition activities, and internal communications to strengthen employer branding.
• Support HSE initiatives, contribute to plant P&L as HR Business Partner, and coordinate with HR teams in China.
