HR Operations Officer

About the role

The HR Operations Officer will support the HR department in managing employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding and payroll administration. This role ensures that HR documentation, records, and systems are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR administrative letters.
• Coordinate onboarding checklists, pre‑employment medical visits, and probation‑period monitoring.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and update attendance and leave data in ERP systems.
• Support payroll preparation, variable element inputs, and reconciliation with the payroll provider.
• Assist with disciplinary administration, employee‑representative relations, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Track training attendance, certifications, and manage mandatory safety training renewals.
• Handle medical insurance administration, workplace accident declarations, and employee logistics requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or operations.
• Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with BEE ONE payroll platform.
