HR Plant Manager

About the role

Benacchio Group is seeking an HR Plant Manager to build and lead the HR function for its fast‑growing manufacturing plant in Bouknadel, Morocco. You will work closely with Group HR to design processes, recruit talent, and ensure compliance as the workforce expands from 10 to 70 employees by 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR processes, procedures and policies in collaboration with Group HR.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding to scale the plant workforce in line with production needs.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including development, retention and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labour law and oversee employee relations.
• Supervise outsourced services such as transport and canteen, and maintain medical and occupational health records.
• Track HR metrics and report regularly to Group HR.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive sector experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Autonomous, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for building functions from scratch.
