HR Recruitment Specialist (White Collar)

About the role

The HR Recruitment Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment of white‑collar talent for CRIT Morocco, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will ensure a high‑quality, efficient process that supports the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and update job descriptions.
• Publish vacancies on appropriate channels and source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, universities, and professional networks.
• Conduct headhunting for hard‑to‑fill positions, screen CVs, and perform phone and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and participate in candidate selection and salary discussions.
• Manage job offer processes, maintain candidate databases, and follow up until onboarding.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, attend career fairs, and develop relationships with educational institutions.
• Handle recruitment‑related administrative tasks and produce recruitment reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of all candidate and recruitment information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial or multinational setting.
• Experience recruiting white‑collar, technical and managerial profiles.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Moroccan labor law is a plus.
