About the role
The HR Winter Internship Summit offers a unique, full‑day experience at P&G’s Casablanca office where top talent step into the shoes of a P&G manager. Interns will work on real‑world HR projects, gaining deep exposure to employee engagement, benefits, compensation, labor relations, recruiting, training and development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organizations through assessment, design, transition and work‑process improvements.
- Deliver projects covering employee engagement, benefits, compensation, labor relations, recruiting, training and development.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to set priorities and deliver commitments.
