HSE Responsible – Environmental Health & Safety Manager

About the role

One Mobility Group is seeking an HSE Responsible to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives at its Tanger, Morocco site. You will be the key driver for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, ensuring a safe and sustainable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Conduct environmental aspect, impact, and occupational health & safety risk assessments.
• Monitor legal requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
• Perform workplace inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near‑misses and environmental events, driving corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS and/or EHS within a manufacturing environment.
• Mandatory experience with IATF 16949.
• Preferred experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
