Human Resources and AI Intern

About the role

Orchid Island Luxury Real Estate is looking for a motivated Human Resources and AI Intern in Marrakech. This on‑site internship provides hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR tools, and digital process improvement within the luxury real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish internship job descriptions.
• Screen and shortlist applications.
• Schedule and organize interviews.
• Update the candidate database.
• Assist with onboarding new interns.
• Collaborate with the AI team to improve and automate HR processes.
• Contribute to recruitment, candidate‑tracking, and candidate‑analysis tools.

Required profile

• Fluent French communication skills.
• Strong organization, motivation, autonomy, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in recruitment, human resources, and artificial intelligence applications.
• Ability to draft job descriptions, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.
• Knowledge of English and digital tools is an advantage.
